I was wondering if the garage is indoor or outdoor? My concern is I will be driving a SUV with a Hard luggage case on top. Thanks in advance:)

Parking is outdoor. You offload passengers and luggage near the terminal. Drive to the parking area, less than 3 minutes. Pay at the manned booth, $135 for seven days, then park. Take shuttle bus back to the terminal.

 

Pretty painless, certainly compared to Manhattan parking at their cruise terminal.

When are you sailing? The parking is currently all open lot. Even when the parking garage opens, nobody knows if there will be height restrictions or if they will still offer open lot parking.

No...you can't even make a reservation, much less one being required.
