Does anyone have any knowledge of this area? I just booked a cruise on the Silhouette and "after the fact" got concerned about noise from up above being the pool deck. I thought being "on the bump" gave me a bigger balcony but I am second guessing my choice. If anyone can help with their experiences, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

We love that area on the ship. In fact, we're next door in 1603 for the TA this coming October. That stateroom has a huge balcony, and it has the bed by the balcony. You won't hear any noise from above unless maybe you are out on your balcony and they have a band playing late in the evening. Maybe you might also hear a chair scrape on the deck above in the morning.

No need to second guess your choice -- you made an excellent one.
