Age restrictions for young adult cruisers??

My grandaughter and friends want to go on a summer cruise. Their ages are 19 and 20. I seem to remember reading somewhere that at least one person in the party must be 21 or over. Anyone out there know the rule? Thanks.

It has been a while since this mattered to me personally but YES one pax has to be 21. That seems to be a standard in cruising and is perhaps legal or perhaps practical in nature.

Actually, I just called Princess. Their policy is that anyone 18 or younger must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older. However, 19 and 20 year olds do not. Only 18 or younger need an adult in the party.
