Booking excursion via website, issues

Has anyone else seen issues with RCI's web site and booking excursions? I'm sailing a quick 4 nighter and on the "cruising" day, all the excursions for Coco Cay are displayed, and for the Coco Cay day, there's an excursion for Nassau. I want to book something for Coco Cay, so, I may just call them.

You could try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, but I'm guessing calling them may be safer.

Ditto. You can still book excursions with RC direct even if you used a TA to book your trip. Had a similar problem where everything I tried to book appeared twice in my cart. Removing one deleted both. Just called them and got it done.
