Strange item on cruise docs

Under my amenities it now shows two items.

 

1) UDP (always had this listed)

2) Partners First amenities pkg. (WHAT IS THAT?)

Are you a travel agent? My emails from NCL for travel agent info come from "partners first".

Partners First relates to travel agents who sell NCL. Are you a travel agent, or did you book through a travel agent?

Not a TA. Booked directly with NCL

Call NCL. Perhaps someone there put the wrong code in for something you really should have.

Just called NCL. The rep told me she has no idea what that was, and never saw that item before. I was put on hold while the rep asked her supervisor. And guess what, they had no idea either.

 

Guess I just have to wait and see.

Just received a call from NCL. I was informed that since we booked only a short time ago, our room (several others) were originally being held for invited travel partners. Somehow, when the rooms went back into inventory, but the amenities that were designated for that group were somehow still connected to the cabin...

Just received a call from NCL. I was informed that since we booked only a short time ago, our room (several others) were originally being held for invited travel partners. Somehow, when the rooms went back into inventory, but the amenities that were designated for that group were somehow still connected to the cabin...

 

Darn. Now they will probably fix their error and you're out the amenity. I wouldn't have called. haha
