Just tried to go into captains circle and it said that they were doing monthly maintenance. Hope that helps.

I never log in with my email, just my name and booking number. Just go right to cruise personalizer. What am I missing by not logging in with my email?

Look at the upper right hand corner of the main page it says "sign in". That's what we're talking about.

And no, its still not doing it for me either...probably waiting for somebody who was off on the weekend to come in and hit some reset button

P01One - the same thing happened to me. I couldn't remember my password and was told that I'd have to reregister. I've been trying to reregister for a few days now with no luck at all. Hope they get this fixed soon.
