Did a cruise out of bayport this april 4th. Weather was a bit nippy when we got there a few days before but locals said it was a weird, not normally that cold and windy but the morning we sailed out it turned out beautiful. No fog any of the mornings we were there and we stayed right near port.

Shoot forgot about fog in Texas. We are looking to sail in March. I'm nervous about booking flights home as I don't want to book too early and not make it or book to late and spend hours in the airport. Suggestions on a safe time to book a flight out on a Sat? What happens if the ship is delayed do they help you rebook flights or it all on your own dime and time?
