Flights from Uk when sailing from Fort Lauderdale

For those from the UK who have booked flights through RCCL when sailing out of Fort Lauderrdale. What flight routes were you given?

London to FLL is a stopping flight whilst to MIA is a direct flight.

We are booked for next November and prefer direct to MIA

I usually go from Heathrow to Miami and get a transfer to FLL. However, there is a UK airport that flies straight to FLL, but can't remember which one.

Norwegian air have a direct LGW to FLL flight but I believe it's only twice a week. Their schedule never seems to fit. We tend to use BA as I abhor connections. When we need a flight I check flight options daily at a minimum and get updates from Kayak for rate changes. I also compare choice air with airline sites. It's usually a lot of work to save money but there is a sense of satisfaction in it!

 

When we fly into MIA (and I hate that airport) we rent a car.
