Pride Disembarkation

While I know it is a bummer to have to think about disembarkation, especially before getting on the cruise, it is a reality. When we booked this cruise, we didn't realize it didn't "land" until 10am (whoops!! :eek:). We just naturally assumed it would be the typical 7 or 8am time. Totally our fault!

 

However, that being said, I do need to go directly to work after since we come back on a Monday:cool:. How quickly has anyone gotten off and to their cars? I have a couple meetings scheduled for that afternoon and am desperately hoping I won't have a problem getting to them.

We were off in time to meet our 10:30am shuttle when we went a few years ago. We were docked and unloading shortly after 9:00am. I believe the have the times scheduled to allow for fog or bad weather in the area.

Which itinerary are you going on? Return times might differ somewhat for different itineraries.

We just returned from Bermuda two weeks ago. The ship was in by ten and we were off as soon as they announced Zone 1. I think we were in our car around 11:30.

We are on the 11/22 sailing. It leaves Freeport at 4pm on Friday then has two days at sea to return to Baltimore - it has arrival as 10am on Monday morning.

 

While I never want to get "kicked off" the ship - this time, I kind of need to be. Thank you!

Hahaha!!! I am hoping it will be fantastic and I can't wait.

 

I'm just anxious about making a couple of meetings I have that afternoon.

We find that handling our own luggage gets us off quicker.

We were off the ship by 9:30. Did the self assist and based on our deck we were the second group off the ship. Don't recall who was the first but our stateroom was one level below lido. My guess that the lower decks would be after.

if you do self assist you will get off pretty quickly we were in the car by 9:30 we docked at 9

We disembarked on November 8 and had FTTF and carried our luggage off. We were in our car by 10:15.

We plan on doing self-assist. So it seems that the ship seems to get in early sometimes which is helpful in this situation :)

Just got off today and because of a medical evacuation we did not get back to Baltimore until noon. We were zone 1 and got off at 1:45 pm.
