Casino voucher

We booked our cruise leaving 12/26 with a casino offer, which was our first time doing so. It said that it includes a voucher for casino chips and that would be mailed to us. Does anyone know how soon before the cruise you usually receive this? We booked in early October and haven't received it yet. I appreciate the help!

I booked something similar and was told to check in with the casino host once it opens. They have all the information in the computer because i called back the following day and got the same answer from another rep.

Last cruise I received an email confirmation of the casino credit, instructing me to go to the cashiers where they gave me cash. (only $25)

If possible get a confirmation in writing and take with you on the cruise. Just in case the casino does not have you down, it can then be corrected.
