Hunte's Garden

Trip Advisor lists Hunte's Garden as a "must see" in Barbados. I haven't seen anything here. Does anyone know anything about this place?

I visited the garden last time in Barbados. It is a private home with an enormous backyard filled with flowers and greenery. The home owner will at some point come out, introduce himself and his work and offer a refreshment.

 

There is an entrance fee. Memory is not good, I think it was $7 US.

I took a cab from Bridgetown which I am confident cost $60 US round trip.

The driver waited while I toured the garden.

 

I am glad I saw it, many beautiful flowers. Will be in Barbados again soon but no plan to return to the garden.
