Any advice on where to park and if I can walk to the Breeze with a rolling bag or two, thanks.

I would park at the port and you can park close enough to walk to the garage but there is also a on side shuttle.

4 of us will be returning to Port of Miami disembarking from the celebrity eclipse and flying home the same day from FLL. I've already hired a car to bring us from the airport to the ship on departure day but am wondering best way to get from ship back to FLL for a 12:10 flight. I was told by someone there is a X shuttle for $30 pp but I can't find anything on website as to how to book it. We plan to keep our luggage and leave the ship around 7:30 a.m. to avoid crowds.

I recommend parking in the port which is literally right across the street from your ship. It's $20 per night...you can get it about $5 cheaper by parking in a lot in the city of Miami and taking a shuttle, but I wouldn't recommend it and it's not worth the hassle for just a $5 dollar a night savings.
