Captains Club email address

Hi guys! I am trying to get my m-life membership added to my Captains Club profile. I called the Celebrity number for NZ, and was told it had to be done in Miami. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone said he would email me the email address to send my request immediately, but it hasn't come through hours later. Can anyone please provide the Captains Club email address and save me a horrendously expensive call to the states?

My suggestion would be to first try sending an email to

 

CaptainsClub@celebrity.com

 

 

 

If that address no longer works, the following link should take you to the contact page on their US website

 

Contact Us | Celebrity Cruises

 

When it loads, scroll down under Email

and click the link where it says

Please email us.

 

That brings up a form to fill out.

 

Where it says "Please choose a Topic" pick Captain's Club.

 

They do respond eventually, but it may take a while.

 

 

Or maybe try both ways as one may bring a faster response than the other.
