phone calls from Bermuda

How easy is it to call the US from Bermuda? Is a special calling card needed or will my ATT cards work?

My AT&T prepaid card was blocked from access. I had to buy the Bermuda Telecom phone card for $10.

My Verizon Plan did not work unless I reg with the local system at around $5.00 a day plus airtime.
Last year a $10.00 local phone card give us around 22 minutes to NJ.

I have AT&T. I even got service whem we were at sea., for a while.
I needed to call them before my trip to get activated for bermuda. This was free.
I would call customer care for current pricing.
I did not have a special phone at the time. It was cheaper than the ships phone and easier too.I also liked that I could get calls from home and messages.
