Dress code on the Wonder

Anyone know what the dress code is for the Wonder for a 5 night cruise? The DCL website just mentions 3,4 and 7 nights. I'm going to guess that the 5 night would fall under the 4 night but not sure. If anyone here knows, that would be great.

 

Also, same with the gratuity for a 5 night cruise? Again the suggested amount listed on the website is for 3,4 or 7 nights.

The only "dress code" is "no swimwear or tank tops at dinner".

 

Typically, most days are "cruise casual". There is also a Pirate night (but you can wear cruise casual for that day, also. And either a "Dress Up Optional" or, possibly a "semi-formal" night. However, at dinner in the MDRs you see all manner of dress from dressy, to shorts and tshirts (any night).

 

Gratuities are $12.00 per guest (each person in your room is a guest) per night. So for a 5 night cruise each person in your room is suggested to pay $60.00 for the gratuities. That $12.00 breaks out to $4.00 per guest per night to your room host; $4.00 per guest per night to your dining room server; $3.00 per guest per night to your assistant server; and $1.00 per guest per night to your head server.

Thank you so much for the info. I thought that the dress code was cruise casual but wanted to be sure that I read that right. And yes, I knew about the pirate night. Thanks again for all the info.

This is true for the MDR's, but if you plan on dining at Palo, the Adults only restaurant, there is a strict and enforced dress code.

Dress to Impress

To preserve the elegant atmosphere, you are asked to adhere to a strict dress code when dining at Palo. Dress pants and shirt are required for men and a dress or pantsuit is required for women. Please no jeans, shorts, capri pants, flip-flops or tennis shoes.
