St Thomas time vs boat time

Cruising on the Escape in April and we're in St Thomas 8-6. I assume this is ship time. I've booked a day sail with New Horizons, leaving out of Sapphire Marina at 10 (st thomas time), returning at 4. I emailed New Horizons and they said I shouldn't have a problem getting to the marina on time. I'd like to prearrange transport to and from the ship. If we're in port at 8 (9 STT time) will we be off the ship by 930 for pickup?

Assuming ship time is EDT (east coast US) that time of year ship time and local time are the same.

You should have no problem with making that excursion.
