We will be cruising with MSC and have a stop in San Juan from 9:00am until 2:00am. Should we do an excursion from MSC or a private tour? And to where?

spend your time in Old San Juan. There is so much to see. The 2 forts, the San Juan Gate, lots of shops and boutiques. It is pretty and interesting just to walk around. OSJ is a fairly small area and my DD and I covered a lot of it in a half day.
