Guessing you are asking about the deep fried mozz sticks? It has been several years but on the Dawn they had them in the separate kids buffet section so for ships with a kids section you may want to check there. However, if they got rid of them in the pub style restaurants I'm not sure that they would just stock them for the kids buffet.

Not anywhere that I can recall. You might have to hit McD's on your way home from the ship if withdrawal sets in during your 7 days without cheese sticks. ;)
