Prepping case of water - Escape / Getaway

Can I just tape a luggage tag to a case of water or should I carry another bag with me to put it in. Also will they deliver to my cabin or do I have to carry it on?

In general you can hand it in with your luggage so you only have to carry your carry-on luggage. People seem to think it is better to put in its own bag however. I suggest you post the port you are embarking at as there are some that might not load it for you and you would have to carry it.

Lots of people say that there is no need to take water on, the water on the boat is quite potable; we always drink the water that comes from the ice in the ice bucket.

For over a year to come both ships only sail from Miami, no problem with even plain water cases with luggage tags there.

We always take a case of water - we do reinforce it with duck tape - luggage tag on several sides. Never had a problem of it not being delivered to our cabin. No extra bag needed. :)

 

We haven't been in Miami yet but all other ports (FLL, NY, PC, Boston, Tampa) had no problem taking it as luggage.
