Bahamian Rum

I know all about the John Watling distillery and that they sale rum there. Any other places that sale rum, preferably close the pier? I’m looking to bring some Bahamian rum home with me. Looking for the best deal.

As far as I know, John Watling's rum is the only rum made in the Bahamas. There used to be a Bacardi Distillery but it closed.

I'm planning on hitting John Watling's distillery when we are in Nassau in October. It looks to be very interesting. As far as where to buy, there are several stores along Bay St. that have always had good selections when I've been there in the past. Not 100% sure of it's true origin, but Ole Nassau rum is said to be made in the Bahamas as well.
