Book into a ship/sailing that your TA has an OBC Group Amenity ,or is offering OBC as a TA gift.

Become an RCI Shareholder .

Look for a RCI Sale that includes an OBC.

Keep in mind that RCI , unlike some other mass market cruise lines, restricts combining OBC's with certain promo rates.

Sign up for the RCI credit card. Offer of $100 OBC with your first charge and then for every $5000 charge on your card, you can trade it in for $50 OBC. Also, if you pay off your cruise balance with the card, they double the points onto your account and that gives you even more OBC. I sailed last year with $450 in OBC and I have built up $200 this year so far for OBC and have not paid off the cruise balance yet so that will be another $50 in OBC. If you have OBC left at the end of the cruise that you have purchased with the RCI credit card, you can go to Guest Services the last night and cash out and they will give you the cash balance left on your OBC.
