Bottled water

I know you can bring a case of bottled water onto the Getaway. Do they sell cases at the pier somewhere or do you have to buy it before you get there. Just wondering? Also do the balconies come w/ small refrigerators or is that an additional cost?

Yes. You can bring water. However, nothing near the pier available. Yes, you have a refridge (but small). It will be stocked with an expensive mini bar. You can have your cabin steward remove those items for you (although I do it myself). The ship's water is very good, probably better than some bottled water. You might want to just bring a few bottles and just refill them.
