I'm considering two similar cruises on the above-mentioned lines and was wondering about the onboard treatment of solos for each. I don't really mind if they don't do anything that's extra special (I can generally live without the solo "mix and mingles"), but do either of them treat solos shabbily?

Which ship at Princess you a comparison and where are you cruising ?

It would hypothetically be the Royal Princess.

I don't think it matters. Both treat there passengers well. The best is read the reviews on this site for more info.
