Jewel Ocean View - People

Good Evening,

 

We are considering a 7-night Mexican Riviera on the Jewel in November. We want to take our two kids with us (5 year old & 2 year old). We are on a bit of a budget so will likely only be able to get an Oceanview. I noticed on the floor plans there is no couch and it states something like "added bedding for additional guests." Does anyone know what this means? Where do the additional guests sleep?

There are probably fold down beds on the wall. I have only been in a balcony on a jewel class ship.

It shows the room set up for 4 kids. Looks like they actually added another twin bed and had the drop down out as well.

^ This is how most (there might be very rare exceptions) inside and oceanview cabins are set up for four people on Jewel class ships.

Thank you for the responses. I may have to find a way to pony up the couple hundred bucks for the balcony so we have the couch and the ceiling fold down for the kids. It's hard to believe 40 square feet on a cruise ship cabin could make such a difference. :-)
