would a 2 category upgrade work if you book a suite?

Went on fareviewer and noticed several price options for a cruise in Feb. One option was the current spin the wheel deal. It mentions a 2 category upgrade within the same cabin type, i.e. balcony to balcony. It doesn't mention suites though. Does this mean the 2 category upgrade doesn't apply to suites..... I have my doubts as it seems too great of a deal to go from a junior suite to a grand suite but thought I'd check with the cruise critic people here.

Does not apply to suites. From the Spin the Wheel terms:

 

Upgrades are automatically assigned at the time of booking and are based on availability in like to like categories only (interior to interior, ocean view to ocean view and balcony to balcony). Subsequent upgrades in lieu of price protection will no longer be offered.
