We will be on the Oasis in June.

We have chosen My Time Dining.

Can you explain how this works?

Same dining room each night?

Can we get a table for just the 3 of us?

We DO plan on doing Izumi one night, and also, Giovannis another night.

I know with Carnival, you just show up at the dining room, whenever you please, and either they seat you right away, or you may have a little bit of a wait.

MTD is no different from what you experienced on Carnival. Show up and you'll be seated right away, or have a short wait.

Same dining room each night. Tell them your table preference when you show up.

 

Note also that you are likely to be advised to make a reservation. This is totally up to you, you don't need to make reservations, but it might reduce waiting time if you do.

Same Dining Room, and I think they even try to seat you with the same Waiter. We just did MTD on Oasis and had the same Waiter each time in the same section.

We'll be on the Oasis in June too! Last time we made reservations online but the first night, we loved our waiter. On the way out after eating we spoke to the maitre'd and they changed our reservations to his table for every night. It worked out great because I like having the same waiters every nigh but no one else cares.

my wife and I cruised on the IOS over thanksgiving and we had MTD. we had the same table and wait staff every night, but then we did make reservations for the same time each night.

We're June 4th. Did you check out your roll call? My sailing doesn't have many posts as of now but I think it could be fun to "talk" to others on the same trip.
