I know there is a new promo starting on April 4. Does anyone know what happens with solo travelers? Is the single supplement half off? Thanks in advance.

If it works like my Nov FOS trip, it's 50% off the second cruise fare when booking for one guest.

If that isn't clear.................

 

Take the ACTUAL fare that one person is paying on a BOGOHO fare, and double that, and add one set of taxes/fees.

 

Fake fare: $2000 per person.

 

BOGOHO fare: $2000 + $1000 = $3000 divided by 2 = $1500.

 

Solo fare (if having fewer than 340 points) = $3000 plus one set of taxes/fees.

In the past, which promo comes out better? 30% off or the BOGO?

All other things being equal (fake base price, how may guests covered, OBC, free tips, etc.), the 30% is better than the BOGOHO, which ends up being 25% off for two people.
