Ceviche and Guacamole near pier?

Pancho's Back yard. In the shopping complex at Puerta Maya where you'll dock.

 

You can also try 3 Amigos at the end of the pier. Margaritas at Pancho's are better.

 

But there are many places on Cozumel with really good ceviche and good margaritas. You'll need a taxi to get to them from Puerta Maya.
