Thank you for choosing Thomson Cruises.

We're writing to let you know about a change to your upcoming holiday.

Since you made your booking, we've updated our smoking policy in line with general cruise industry practice. As of May 2016 we will no longer allow smoking on cabin balconies - this is a safety precaution to help guard against in-cabin fires.

If you do enjoy a cigarette or cigar, you can smoke in designated areas of the open deck. And if you prefer an e-cigarette you can use those in allocated bars onboard.

We hope this doesn't cause any undue problems, and that we've explained the change clearly.

We look forward to seeing you onboard.

Yours sincerely

The team at Thomson Cruises
