No, you can't put a limit on what they charge. You can turn the charging off, however.

No, there is no way to limit an amount. A KTTW card (of any age person) either has charging or does not. Big weakness in the DCL system.

 

You can use a Disney Gift Card or Visa gift card in the shops but not in the bars or other areas. Smoothies come from bars.
