On freedom of the seas they have a daycare you can put kids under 3 in for a charge correct? I just read something that the freedom class doesn't have it? I have a 1 year old and 5 year old going and I really don't want to have to pay 19 an hour for someone to come to our room and knowing that isn't even guaranteed.

Yes, Freedom does have a Nursery. Just go the first day to schedule the hours you think your child will go as you are only allotted a certain number of hours. If there are more hours available later in the cruise, you can get those too if you want.
