rozan Posted May 5, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 5, 2016 What sort of weather should we anticipate visiting Norway, Denmark, Estonia, St. P Russia, Finland and Belgium in June? We've done two Mediterranean June cruises and the weather was warm. We always have our jackets but wondered if we should pack more slacks than shorts....... jocap Posted May 5, 2016 #3 Share Posted May 5, 2016 You're going over the summer equinox, so long daylight hours should have warmed the land; there is always the chance of rain, and possibly some chillier days.
CruiserBruce Posted May 5, 2016 #4 Share Posted May 5, 2016 (edited) Welcome to Cruise Critic! If you look on the Northern Europe board, here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=192 you will find many threads discussing weather, ports, transport, excursions, etc. Another idea for factual weather data is to do a Google search for "Copenhagen weather" or other ports you are visiting. Layers (clothes) are commonly recommended for the Baltic. Edited May 5, 2016 by CruiserBruce
mommasharn Posted May 8, 2016 #5 Share Posted May 8, 2016 Rozan- I will be on that cruise!! Every place I have read recommends layering. I'm taking a jacket, rain poncho and or umbrella.

Rozan, A web site that you may find useful is <http://cruiseoutlook.com>. They provide current weather forecasts for the ports you will be sailng to. Just follow the instructions on the home page. For example, today's weather in Southampton will be provided and will be updated every morning with the current forecast for that day, together with the curret forecast for all of the other ports you will be visiting. They are currently up to sailings starting on Friday June 10, 2016; the NOS sailing of June 6, to the Canariy Islands, is on there, but the June 16 sailing hasn't quite made it yet.
