In San Juan you will dock in Old San Juan. Easy walk right into town. In St Maarten we have always docked at the same place. You are close to town and there are water taxis that can take you into town if that is what you are looking for. Neither of these ports are tender.

 

I don't know what your other ports are so I can't tell you if they are a tender port or not. There are several 8 day itineraries on the Conquest. If it is St Kitts and Grand Turk than neither of these are tender ports.
