Rental car from POM after cruise

I read some posts about renting cars before the cruise and when you return them they will give you a shuttle to POM. But what about the opposite. Can you arrange a rental car beforehand and a shuttle will pick you up at the port and you can return it at MIA or FFL after your cruise returns?

If you use the downtown (2nd Avenue) Budget, they have a free shuttle before and after the cruise.

I have found some good promo codes for Budget also. Just need to check around.

 

I just noticed we will be on the same cruise next March on the Pearl! :)
