We recieved a spa coupon and OBC with our reservation from the travel agent.

Are you able to use the spa credit towards other services? I don't think the facial I am promised is the one I want.

 

Do I really need to make a reservation before I get on board for one spa treatment?

I have always been able to use the one that I have received from my TA for a a massage. You will still need to cover the gratuity. Also be aware that these normally must also be booked on a port day. If you make a reservation before you board, you will have to pay for the spa treatment. Go to the spa once you board and book your treatment.

Absolutely no reason to book ahead of time. Also, I found that my coupon could not be used on discounted services, which are usually offered on port days.
