Aggiecruiser01 Posted May 30, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2016 We booked a cruise out of South Hampton for the end of May 2017. We are taking our two kids (7 & 9)- wondering if it's too cool to swim/ enjoy the outdoor activities? Checking to see if this is a 'kid-friendly'/ family cruise with activities for 'all'... ports are Le Havre/Paris; Vigo, Lisbon. Anyone done this with children.. or seen any kids :D
gooners1968 Posted May 30, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 30, 2016 The end of May 7 nighter usually coincides with the school half term break so there should be lots of kids onboard!
cb at sea Posted May 30, 2016 #3 Share Posted May 30, 2016 Unless there is ice on the water, kids don't seem to mind!
miketingle Posted May 30, 2016 #4 Share Posted May 30, 2016 Just got off that same cruise this morning weather when we left Southampton was great away from the wind in by the solarium bar/pool, water in pool cold for the first couple of days but by the time we got down to Lisbon the water quite nice, Was quite windy around the open decks but there were certainly kids in all of the pools even on the colder days.
