Are YC passengers restricted to YC restaurants only?

This may have been asked before, if it has I apologize. As a YC are we able to use all of the other restaurants?

 

As an aside, I'm sure I read somewhere that YC drink package would be accepted throughout the entire ship soon. Is that true?

All except the MDR because you will not have a table.

As to the drinks, that hasn't been confirmed by MSC yet. Would be a great perk though.
