Neptune Suite perk question

Your NS concierge will assist you enormously and give you all the tips on your perks. We never asked so we never found out the first time we sailed HAL in a NS. And we assumed the specialty breakfast was strictly a room service event.

 

We used to sail on cruise lines with butlers but realize we don't need one at all with the services of the Neptune Lounge.

If you go to a local TA they should have some HAL cruise books (doesn't have to be the Atlas - that's just what I have on hand here) and they usually describe the suite benefits in those as well ;). You don't have to book - just say you are interested in a cruise and take a book ;)
