Specialty Dining Question

We just got an email offer about specialty dining on our cruise. It claims up to 40% off and says for three specialty restaurants, it is $70.

 

 

We are on the Explorer, which only has 3 specialty restaurants, I believe. So here is my dumb question...is it $70 per person per restaurant? Or $70 for all three restaurants total?

 

Can someone explain this to me, please? I am not sure if it is a good deal or not. Thank you!

Royal's Dynamic Pricing strikes again.

It's $70 per person but you can choose to eat at any combination of the 3 specialty restaurants. So you could eat at the same one all 3 times if you like, or split it up. Whatever floats your boat.

I reserved it 3 weeks ago for our Baltics cruise later this month. I paid in UK £ and it worked out as $63.
