chipsdog Posted July 25, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 25, 2016 Just wondering how much it is to book your dog into the kennels for a crossing? Does anyone know Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app
BeakyBeer24 Posted July 25, 2016 #2 Share Posted July 25, 2016 (edited) It is $1,000 per lower kennel, 800 per upper. Depending on size your dog could need more than one. Here is the FAQ: https://ask.cunard.com/help/cunard/fleet/kennel_info Sent from my iPhone using Forums Edited July 25, 2016 by BeakyBeer24
Aussieflyer Posted July 26, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 26, 2016 (edited) From what I have read, kennel space is snapped up virtually as soon as it is released. Passengers wanting/needing to take their dogs need to be well organised and flexible as to the sailing. northcoastcat Posted July 26, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 26, 2016 We are traveling with my cat to the UK next May. Since we knew this so far in advance, we were able to book her into the kennel in April just after the 2017 dates were announced, during the pre-registration period. It is probably much harder to book on short notice. Perhaps doubling the number of kennel spots will make short-notice booking possible.
