Cancel Equinox and Reflection TA Goes Crazy

It's a smart business move. Who wants to sail to Europe now. Don't think Celebrity had much of a choise. I know I would not go over there now.

Well, I think I finally have the cabin that I wanted. I had to call Captain's club and see if there was anything that they could do about my situation. They were very happy to assist me and also gave me some additional OBC due to a special promo that I had. All I can say is WOW...this took me a couple of days to straighten out. I am totally worn out from this entire ordeal. Maybe I should work for a cruise company and book my own cruises. I Have learned so much from dealing with Celebrity and my TA, both in good and bad experiences. :cool::eek: I can understand how difficult it must be when Celebrity cancels your cruise and either expects you to pay more for a lesser cabin or just plain gives you a hard time with it...I was just trying to change cabins...
