With the various changes over the past year with NCL, is it still possible to get cash from the casino with a commission charge of 3/5%? Our upcoming cruises have significant OBC, but we have prepaid gratuities and also have the "free" beverage and dining packages, and will find it almost impossible to spend it all.

 

If not, are there any other options?

hi, how about use it to buy a cruise next deposit for a future cruise?
