Is Valor Next ?

Hi: Posted a question yesterday about what did Carnival do with the Lido aft area that formerly housed the grill. Now that Guy's was put in during the dry dock. Two posters replied that it sits empty now. With the Conquest closing down the fish & chips and installing the new seafood place for additional charge, I wonder if that is what is in store for the Valor. We will be on her in September. and I wonder if fish & chips will be gone.

My guess is that this is a trial on the Conquest. If it works out well, I would guess they would look into adding this to the other ships with similar layouts.

Just got off the Valor. Fish and chips is not worth saving. The chips were great, but I can't see hanging on to a whole area of real estate and a concept just for decent French fries.

We were never a big fan of the fish and chips. On freedom and liberty the aft eating area were a huge waste of space. Only used for late risers breakfast and for the midnight buffet it sat empty during lunch and dinner and there's a lot of potential and wasted space in leaving an eating venue empty like that
