We are booked as a quad in A332 category MB on the Royal Princess. We were wait listed for a ME minisuite because it was cheaper. A218 came through today. It is about 20 cabins forward from A332. Anyone know more about the two locations and comparisons? I did see on the deck plan, that the cabin next to A218 is an MB, so I am gathering the location can't be that bad.

Rooms are identical, location is the only difference and thus Princess' arbitrary designation of ME vs. MB. As it is, they are constantly fiddling around with cabin designations anyway, so next year it could be some other M category! Other than being more forward, which might have a teensy bit more motion (but probably not even noticeable) there is zero difference. You are even the same distance from the closest elevator bank, so enjoy your savings.
