Coastal Kitchen reservations

Can you make reservations for CK prior to boarding? Also, any recent menus available ( I saw on a thread that CK now has a different menu each night). We will be on Oasis if that makes a difference.

You can make reservations online before boarding. Not sure about menus.

It doesn't show up on the cruise planner though, so how can I book it online?

On our recent Allure 7 2016 sailing we were in a Crown loft suite, and the reservations site for Coastal kitchen never showed up prior to boarding.

 

So after we boarded, had lunch we walked to suite lounge and an attendant for Coastal kitchen was at that podium, we talked to her (very nice young lady) and she told us we could book any day and she would tell us the times available..

 

We only booked once and got the time we wanted with no problem.

 

When we ate there on Tuesday 6:30pm. we enjoyed a nice leisurely paced dinner and even by 8:30 when we left half the tables were still available.

 

We only ate their once, then dined at Chops and had the remainder in the MDR..... We had great table mates.

On Harmony in a JS we could not book Coastal Kitchen ahead of the cruise... but in a FS for this October we can.

 

I've also heard that JS can pre-book on Quantum-class ships but not Oasis-class, which would fit with my experience.

Anthem CK has 7 different dinner menus. On a 9 night cruise they repeat 1 and 2. From what I've heard, Oasis and Allure still have just 2 menus. I'll check it out on Allure next week[emoji1]
