On board credit

Sorry but I can't get my head around this.......🤔

 

We have paid for Internet, gratuities and have allgressimo drinks package..

 

I will add a couple of hundred in euros to my on board account for shopping or incidentals on board..

 

Questions..

Do I need to do this per person ? And is their a minimum? ( we don't use credit cards and I don't want one or to use my debit card)

 

It says the money is refunded if not used.. Is it easy to do so?

 

Also I read somewhere( I'm reading everything lol) that it gets refunded on the last morning... We have an early flight home and can image long queues, can any unused credit be refunded the night before?
