Help - Noise TP Minisuite #8047

Anyone have any input on the level of noise for Cabin (mini-suite) #8047 on TP. It is right next to the elevators. We are trying to decide if we should pay $900 to upgrade from BD to Minisuite. We must decided today.

I don't know about that cabin specifically, but I've read many posts on these message boards about rooms near elevators. All I remember said they had no noise from the elevators themselves. Only occasionally from people waiting for the elevator.

As noted above, elevators themselves usually very quiet - the passengers sometimes a bit noisy.

 

The only time we encountered undue noise from elevators was on a trans-Atlantic, on Golden Princess, 8-00, in very rough seas, and the elevator cars could be heard banging against the shaft rails!
