Disembarking in Venice to make a flight?

I am currently looking at a cruise for next year in September. Many of the possible return flights leave about 11am to 12 noon... Is it possible to make flights that early? The airport does not appear to be a great distance from the port and if Costa sells transfers, can I consider a 11:00 flight. My guess is that anything before 1 pm is not possible....any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Normally Costa transfers cater for flights leaving from 13:00.

There were cabs waiting right at the port when we disembarked in Venice. The cab ride to the airport was E45 and took about 30 minutes. The Venice airport is a cluster, however. They did not let us check our luggage until 2 hours before our flight, so there were a lot of people waiting in a small area which made it pretty chaotic for checkin.

We made a 11.15 flight in Venice after docking at 9.00am, firstly book a cab for 20 minutes after docking, do not leave cases outside cabin door but take them with you as soon as debarking starts if possible check-in flights on line before leaving ship & use bag- drop at airport.

It took us 50 minutes after leaving ship to bag drop & security.
