Cruise Port in St Marteen/Martin

What is the name of the Port in St Marteen/Martin that the Carnival Fascination will dock at? Is there a site I can find out.

 

We are looking into doing the Double Decker Bus and it says it departs from EDC Parking Lot aka Sand Bank at the Harbour.

 

Anyone ever done this DD for St Marteen/Martin? It seems like a good way to see the Island as well as see our main reason for this stop; Maho Beach.

 

Also wonder is it best to do morning or afternoon. One leaves at 8:30 the other at 12. Our ship will be in St Marteen from 7 am to 5 pm.

The port at Philipsburg, St. Maarten is the A. C. Wathey cruise terminal. The EDC parking lot is just outside the terminal area gates. If seeing planes landing at Maho Beach is your top priority, you would probably do better with a noon departure, as most of the larger planes come in during early afternoon.

 

There are different ways to get to Maho: bus or taxi - I am not sure how long an island tour bus would give you - so if plane watching is the big thing, you would want to check that out.

Thanks. So it sounds like there is only one port. And it sounds like later in the morning or so would better to go so in that case we may look into other transportation to get there.
