Beware! They should be called Lots of Shame! This place isn't run by a veteran, it's run by the owners 20 year old son (cody) who's never been in the military. None of the staff are veterans! They're using the homes for our troops program as a marketing ploy! Shame on them!!! They drove us in a beat up van with a transmission that kept on slipping. The driver had to pull over on a busy highway (528) several times to restart the van. The van would only work in 2nd gear and only go about 20 MPH on a highway! This is a huge safety hazard and the driver admitted they've had this problem with this van for months! When we finally got to the port the driver tried several times to try and open the side door to let us out of the van but the door handle was broken. We were told it's been that way for months! They talk about how they're opening up a second lot but they don't spend the money to fix broken vans! The front of their business looks vacant and run down. Several of the employees smoked around us and our car reeked of smoke! This place should be shut down! FYI, Port Canaveral is now allowing disabled veterans to park for FREE at any of the Port Canaveral terminals! Please don't make the mistake I made...stay away from this place!!!
